General Terms and Conditions

Brewtown Terms & Conditions



Entry to Brewtown is based on your full agreement with these Terms & Conditions,

which have been designed with everyone's safety and comfort in mind. Management

reserves the right to refuse entry to any person, and to remove from the premises,

without refund, any person who violates any of the conditions listed below. No ticket

refunds or exchanges will be provided upon violation of any of these conditions. 

By purchasing a ticket you agree to be bound by these terms & conditions and any

other rules and regulations issued in relation to a specific event.

ENTRY

 Entry to the event site will be granted with presentation of a valid bar-coded

ticket, either physical or electronic

 We reserve the right to inspect any bag and/or articles of clothing via bag

search checks. Prohibited items include, but are not limited to, those set out in

these terms & conditions. Prohibited items will be confiscated. Confiscated

items will not be returned, replaced or reimbursed.

 If the event is an 18+ event, you must have valid proof of age photo ID to gain

entry into the event site.

PERMITTED ITEMS

You take responsibility for any permitted personal items you bring to Brewtown. We

do our best to return lost property, but we are not liable for any loss or damage that

may occur.

 Personal effects such as coats, bags.

 Empty water bottles (no glass)

 Phones, and other such personal devices

 Personal photography equipment, such as small form digital cameras

o Provided the images/footage captured are used for personal and

private use only; and

o Images cannot be made available for sale and/or public display

 Registered Guide Dogs, mobility equipment.

 A good attitude

PROHIBITED ITEMS

 Food and drink of any kind, including, but not limited to:

o Homemade and commercially produced items

o Sealed beverage containers

o Alcohol, in any form and container

 Glass bottles and glass containers of any kind.

 Gang patches or colours.

 Firearms, fireworks, flares, and laser lights and any naked flames

 Weapons of any kind, including items such as mace and tasers.

 Illegal substances.

 Musical instruments, rollerblades, skateboards, scooters, bicycles, and

sporting equipment.

 Marker pens, spray paint, and tagging equipment.



 Signage and promotional products.

 Animals, other than Guide Dogs.

 Steel-toed boots.

 Drones or other remote control devices

 Professional photography and videography equipment

 A bad attitude

CUSTOMER SAFETY

 By purchasing a ticket you agree to follow all reasonable instructions from

Event staff at all times.

 Children under the age of 18 must be supervised by a responsible adult (18+)

while on Brewtown property.

 The movement of customers within our premises is monitored by CCTV

cameras.

 Attendees consent to be included in official photography, film and sound

recordings and for these recordings to be used by Brewtown and/or its

authorised representatives and contractors without further authorisation by, or

compensation to you.

 You must not trespass in restricted areas.

 Climbing on barricades and crowd surfing are not permitted.

 Illicit drugs are not permitted. If you are found to be using or supplying illicit

substances you will be removed from the event site and may be referred to

police.

 Unruly and antisocial behaviour will not be tolerated. This includes, but is not

limited to, verbal/physical abuse of staff and other customers, attempting to

enter a restricted area, climbing, defacing, littering, throwing objects, and

blocking thoroughfares or fire exits.

A NOTE ON ALCOHOL

 If you look under 25, we will ask you for ID only the following types will be

accepted:

o A valid passport

o Valid New Zealand Drivers Licence

o Valid Kiwi Access/HANZ/Hospitality NZ 18+ card

 You are not permitted to bring alcohol into the venue.

 Alcoholic beverages purchased at the event may not be taken out of the event

site.

 You may not supply alcohol to anyone under 18 on our premises. If you are

found supplying or buying alcohol for a minor you will be ejected from the

event and may be referred to the police.

Anyone intoxicated will be removed from the premises and will not be re-

admitted.

REFUND AND CANCELLATION

 The Event is an all-weather event. The Event will take place rain, hail or

shine.

 Tickets purchased for the event are for the event, not for specific artists or

acts. Brewtown reserves the right to change, add, withdraw or substitute

artists in the Event line-up, vary the advertised program, vary the date and/or

vary the Event Site without prior notification and deny admission to the Event

Site (including admission to a particular performance at the Event Site) with

reasonable cause.

 No refunds on tickets except where required by law.

 No refunds or other compensation will be given if an advertised artist or act is

changed, cancelled or the length or content of their performance is changed.

 Subject to this clause, Brewtown is not liable for any loss, damage or

compensation as a result of the Event being cancelled, postponed, relocated

or changed for any reason.

 There will be no refund of any unused portion of an Event Ticket if you or your

invitees are asked or forced to leave the Event for any of the reasons set out

in the Event T+Cs or if you decide not to attend the Event.

 You are responsible for checking the age minimum for the Event. No refunds

will be processed if you are denied entry due to not having valid ID for

admittance to the Event Site.



TRANSPORT TERMS & CONDITIONS

At events where transportation tickets are sold, the following T&Cs apply

  1. No Alcohol, smoking or vaping is permitted on the bus.
  2. Toilets are not available on the bus, please make use of the faciltiies before boarding the bus as there are no toilet stops.
  3. Consumption of hot food will not be permitted on board.
  4. NCS ccannot be held responsible for any 'Pasengers' left behind at the end of the event; this responsibility falls on the individual. Departure times are stated and need to be adherred to.
  5. NCS cannot be held responsible for the theft of 'Passengers' personal property left behind on the vehicle.
  6. The 'Passenger' will be held responsible for meeting any costs of repairing damage to the vehicle, or cleaning the vehicle as a result of the conduct and actions of the 'Passenger'.
  7. If travelling with friends please note that you may not be on board the same bus. We will have multiple busses travelling to the event with multiple pick ups. We suggest arriving together at your pick-up location in plenty of time to board the same bus.
